Welcome to permission requests!

This page can be used to request permissions on SkyWiki wikis (excluding meta permissions and global permissions) and for permissions removals. Follow the instructions in every section which will tell you how to format your request.

Administrator/Bureaucrat access

Instructions/Read before making a request 

Use this section to request Stewards grant you administrator or bureaucrat rights on a wiki without any active bureaucrats (or unwilling bureaucrats if they refuse to certify a successful vote) following a local election. We normally don't grant permissions without a local election for advanced rights like this so you'll need to make a local election unless you accidentally demoted yourself.

If you accidentally removed your own permissions, you can also use this section to request re-addition.

To make a request, press "edit" next to the "Administrator/Bureaucrat access" section header, copy the following code and place it at the very bottom of this section. Replace every section as needed:

Thanks for making the request Cocopuff. On review, this wiki does not fit within today's content policy (wikipedia-style encyclopedias of everything are no longer encouraged on the miraheze platform) and the wiki has been virtually abandoned beyond minor keep-alive edits for nearly 2 years. As such, it isn't a good candidate for revival and we're debating how to best proceed at this juncture. Hello, I would like to adopt this wiki due to the fact all bureaucrats and admins 1 2 have been inactive for over a year and to stop the wiki from falling to anarchy, there seems to be some users that are active and I would like to create a election.

Please create a page to discuss your possible election to crat/admin status, the talk page for the main page of the wiki serves as an adequate venue for this. Hello, I would like to give a trusted individual in my Wiki user, PerúCB he has been a prominent member of the Staff team and very helpful and collaborative towards the community in general when we talk regarding the Wiki affairs, I want to assign him a new role with more rights as I promoted him recently and as consequence I created this new role, I don't want to grant the user from Bureaucrat role because I think this role that I created fits better with this duties within the wiki. I've fixed your assignment issue - you had it set for second in command to be able to GRANT/REMOVE bureaucrat, rather than permitting the bureaucrat to assign this role. This should now be able to be handled locally. --NotAracham (talk • contribs • global) 05:07, 12 February 2025 (UTC)

Hi, I'm a new user just joined Miraheze. I don't know whether request permission tool still work or not so I make this request. I see last edit in this Wiki is on August, 2024. So far, i see no users active, no more articles except the first article of r1999's Administrator Sarthak Ghimire. I have talked with him to ask about permission but I'm afraid of he will not reply my message. I don't have skill, i have a love with this game so my plan is to make this Wiki alives, make it is simple, small archives for reference. I really don't want it's abandoned or deleted so I hope i can have a permission, a chance to make it better than current status.
